Cherry blossoms are in full bloom at Meguro river in Nakamegurgo on April 1, 2016, Tokyo, Japan. On Thursday, the Japan Meteorological Agency announced that Tokyo's cherry trees were in full bloom, three days earlier than usual, but two days later than last year.
