International robot operators compete to win the International Robot Sumo Tournament 2016 at the Ryougoku Sumo Hall (Ryogoku Kokugikan) on December 18, 2016, Tokyo, Japan. The annual tournament invites the top-ranked winners of 16 national competitions to compete in Japan. It is organized by the All Japan Robot-Sumo Tournament which has been held since 1989.
