The branch opened last March is located near to the Toki no Kane bell tower, the main attraction of Kawagoe city, which is well known as ''The Little Edo'' for preserving the Edo-period ambiance. Kawagoe, located in Saitama Prefecture is a tourist spot located about 30 minutes by train from downtown Tokyo.
